What is your standard turnaround?

What are your payment terms?

What base garments are available?

We have preferred agreements with Fruit of the Loom and Cottonridge, but can source from most brands

Can I provide my own garments

We're happy to discuss your requirements as part of estimating your order

Can you store my screens for repeated orders?

Silkscreens are re-usable and as such we don't normally offer storage. If you've special requirements, let us know and we might be able to help.

Can I visit your workshop / collect my order in person?

Yes! Only by arrangement in advance, as the workshop is not staffed full-time

Can you deliver?

We have agreements with Postnord for domestic shipping and DHL Express for worldwide shipping

Do I need an underbase?

An underbase is required for any light-on-dark design. To ensure the highest quality we will always print an underbase except on good quality white shirts.

What format should my artwork be in?

If you already have art ready, please send it over to us as part of your enquiry. We will assess if it is of high enough quality for printing and advise of any changes that might be required.

If you're commissioning a digital artist to make art for you, please provide them with the following instructions

While designing:

  • Work in vector and use the CMYK colourspace
  • Use named colours from the Pantone Solid Coated swatch

When exporting:

  • Separate each colour into its own layer
  • Ensure there are no overlapping layers
